Unexpected but peacefully, at the Brantford General Hospital on Friday April 27, 2018 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Bernard (Ben) Reilly. Loving mother of Brian (Leslie), Des (Lisa) and Kerri (Martin) Johnson. Dear grandmother to Bennet, Oliver (Kelly), Quin (Sawitree), Sean (predeceased), Sheena (Thomas Casey), Justin, Shannon (Gregor Scott), Jordan (Vanessa) Balicki, Morgan and Nolan Balicki. Great-grandmother to 9 great-grandchildren. Born in Ireland, Catherine is survived by siblings Betty, Paddy, Myra, Ollie and their families.
The family will receive friends at the THORPE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 96 West Street on Wednesday May 2nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Basil’s Roman Catholic Church, 50 Palace Street on Thursday May 3rd 2018 at 11:00 am. Private family Inurnment to follow at Our Lady of the Assumption Mausoleum, Paris. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
