Mr. Carl Park

At the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday August 18, 2010 in his 67th year. Common Law Husband of Gidget for 17 years. Survived by his three children, Jamie, Diane, Shawn and three step children Michelle (Tom) Gecas; Trevor and Shayne (Tracey); five grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren and one great- grandchild. Also survived by a sister Joan Hodgins (Connor) of B.C; brothers Royce Park (Eleanor) of Kitchener; David of Brantford; and a sister Anne Leendertse of Cambridge; predeceased by his brother Richard of Brantford; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the Urgent and Critical Care Units at the Brantford General Hospital. The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel” 96 West Street on Friday from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday August 21st at 11 a.m. followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Lung Association would be appreciated.
