STEPHENS, Winnie L., 92, of Dover passed away on December 27, 2012. She has been an area resident for over 60 years and has witnessed the enormous growth in the Brandon area. Winnie was preceded in death by her husband, James Lee “Steve” Stephens; and grandson, James Lee Stephens II. She is survived by three sons; two daughters; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Brandon where she was a member. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Providence Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to
