William (Bill) Randall Parson, 78, of Riverview, FL, passed away on August 25, 2022, unexpectedly due to health complications. William proudly served over 20 years in the United States Army and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He retired as Master Sergeant at Hunter Army Airfield and dedicated his civilian career as a purchasing agent for local government in Savannah, GA.
William was born and raised in Central, SC, and was an avid fan of his hometown team, Clemson University Tigers, in all sports, especially football.
William was predeceased by his parents, sisters, and many extended family members. He is survived by his remaining family and loved ones. He will be missed beyond measure and continue to be honored with love and remembrance.
Inurnment is anticipated to be at Arlington National Cemetery; arrangements are in progress. When available, information will be provided to family and friends.
