Messenger, Virginia Ruth, 96 of Tampa, Florida entered into rest on April 23, 2014. She was born in Ashland, Kentucky to the late George and Ruth Savage. Virginia was a Sunday school teacher for many years. She now joins her loving husband of 38 years in Heaven, Garland Messenger; and son Ralph Sr. Virginia leaves behind four children, Samuel Lee, Garland, Larry and Tammy; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 29 from 6-8pm with a funeral service on Wednesday, April 30 at 3pm; both services will be held at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon.
