Hi Aunty Val,

Thanksgiving is always a rough day for me as that was the day we lost you. It did help to have all the kids home and of course our new Grandbaby, Avery. You would adore her! She is such a happy baby. Makayla and Cavan flew back home to TN yesterday which made the day even more sad for me but I'm glad they are home safe. Missing you very much and thinking if you often❤️ Behave yourself up there!

Dear sweet aunty Val, 

We said our final goodbye to you today and, although I know you were ready to go to the Lord, we miss you here with us.  It’s so hard to think of days to come, especially Christmas day, without a call to you to hear your voice and share memories of times gone by and have our football chats.  I know you know how much we love you but I wish I had a chance to tell you again at least one more time before you left us to announce “I’m here” to all who greeted you in Heaven.  We’ll never forget you and we’ll always love you.  R.I.P. dear aunty Val!

I truly thought I'd be seeing you the next day after my last visit with you, but I guess you and the Lord had other arrangements.
