Tina was born in Brooklyn, New York on September 14, 1970. Her parents are Dr. George & Iris Moe. Tina grew up in Brooklyn, New York and later moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. She received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She had plans of continuing her education prior to becoming ill. Tina was loved by many, due to her very outgoing personality. She loved a good joke, playing cards, music and traveling. Her motto was “I keep it 100.” This she got from her grandmother, also named Tina. She was always smiling, even during her hardest times (her three strokes). Tina loved her family and friends, and made sure that everyone knew it. Her son Nicholas was her pride and joy, along with Acie, her husband of 24 years (her chocolate, as she affectionately called him). She started her career in Education teaching children with mental and emotional disabilities. Tina retired at an early age due to illness from Bartels Middle School where she was the Assistant Principal of Curriculum. Tina’s loving memory will be cherished by her husband- Acie Jenkins III, son- Nicholas, mother- Iris Moe, all of Wesley Chapel, Florida, father-Dr. George Moe of Ontario, Canada, sister-Lynette Kelley (Todd) of Wesley Chapel, Florida, and uncle-Robert Chalmers of Las Vegas, Nevada, six nephews-Shawn Robert, Dillon, Rian, Elijah, Caleb and Marquez, three nieces-Amani, Zaria and Diamond (all of Florida) and a special sister, Toni DeLoatch of Brooklyn, New York. Tina also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, special friends and extended family members.
