Roy Donald Jordan Jr.

JORDAN, Roy D. Jr., 78, of Seffner entered into rest June 7, 2015. Roy was a veteran of the U.S. Navy for 13 years, a police officer in South Carolina for ten years, and a longtime employee of Zee Medical Service. He was a member and usher at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Seffner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Jordan, Mabel Hoover; brother, Glenn Jordan; nieces, Shannon Brannagan, Kim Ripoza; mother and father-in-law, George and Inez Florkiewicz. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Sue; son, Donnie; daughter, Rebecca Durand (Jasen); grandchildren, Jordan, Riley, Luci, Ellie; brother, Jack (Bonnie); sisters, Louise McCormack (Clint), Jeanette Edwards (Jim); nephew, Ryan Flynn; nephew-in-law, Shawn Brannagan; great-nieces, Abby, Livvy. A funeral mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
