Ronald Frederick Ingram Sr.

Ron was preceded in death by his late wife, Doralee Ingram. He is survived by his children, Fred Ingram, Gwendolyn Lawrence, and Peggy Joplin; wife Myrtle Johnson Ingram; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In 1971 Ron retired from the United States Air Force, moved the family to Tampa Bay and became a real estate broker. He later served as a Southern Baptist Missionary overseas for five years.

He was a loving, generous and compassionate person who put God and people above himself. As a member of East Chelsea Baptist Church he taught Sunday School and Bible Studies for senior adults. Ron loved his church, often calling it the greatest church on the planet.

Visitation will take place from 1-2pm on Friday, August 2, 2019 with funeral service at 2pm at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home, 2323 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511; internment will follow with Military Honors at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
