Rogers, Pansy (Pam), 62, of Valrico passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013. She is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Jim; children James Rogers III, Susan Piker, Charlie Rogers, Becky Rogers, Michael Rogers (Diane), Kenny Rogers (Kathy), DianiaThompson (Marty); 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; mother Ruth Marks, sisters Rachael, Gloria, Debbie and Vivian. Best Friend Jackie Smith. She was predeceased by her father, brother and 2 sisters. Pam retired from Hillsborough County Schools, June 2013, after 37 years of service. The last 12 years of her employment, she was the Administrative Secretary to the supervisor of The Head Start Program. Many Thanks to the staff of St Joseph’s Hospital and Cancer Center; Dr. Blanco and staff of Florida Cancer Center for their outstanding care. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 with visitation at 10:00 A.M. followed by service at 11:00 A.M. Pam will be deeply missed by her family, friends, co-workers and all that knew her. For to know Pam was to love Pam.
