LLINAS, Milton Daniel, 23, passed away October 11, 2018; Born in Colombia, he was Rocky D Bull at the University of South Florida (USF), Pete the Pelican Mascot for the Tampa Bay Rowdies, CTI Administrative Assistant for Bay Area Legal Services, Chief Justice of USF Supreme Court, member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Captain of Riverview High School Swim Team. He was predeceased by his grandfathers Victor Llinas and Roberto Solano, grandmother Josefa Ciana and is survived by his girlfriend Graysen Harrell, mother Carla Borda, father Milton Llinas, brothers Samuel Borda Dylan Borda, Samuel Llinas and Carlos Martinez, sister Valerie Llinas, grandmother Mana Navarra llinas, step parents Pedro Borda and Tity Jaramillo, aunts Pledad Llinas, Norella Llinas, Xiomara Llinas, Lilibeth Llinas, uncles Robert Solano, Marco Solano, David Solano, Adalberto Llinas, Jose Victor Llinas and Walter Llinas. Visitation will be Saturday October 13, 2018 from 3-6:00 pm with a 6:00 pm service, both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or donations can be made in Milton's name to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Autism Speaks.
