DANIEL, MICHAEL JOHN, Beloved son of Paul and Nadine, brother and friend to James, much loved partner of Samantha and a truly loved member of his extended family and friends in the United Kingdom and Florida. Born August 19, 1990 in Wales, United Kingdom and resident of Florida since he was 2, Michael was taken from us under tragic circumstances on Thursday, April 1, 2010.
From a tender age Michael always had a love of fun and pranks. He was a risk taker and would often come home with minor injuries caused from falling off bikes or out of trees. One Christmas he even managed a rather inglorious vanishing act by
falling off the stage in his junior school Christmas carol concert.
Michael loved sport and became an excellent baseball hitter and was feared by opposing teams for his ability to steal bases.
From an early age Michael liked construction and would spend many hours designing buildings with his computer software. On graduating from high school this surely prompted him to take employment in Mader Construction where he found his true vocation working with Paul and James. Co-workers recognized his ability and under the instruction of his colleagues he was quickly becoming a truly respected employee. His many friends knew him as someone they could trust and rely on to give them considered advice and assistance. His partner Samantha was the love of his life. They enjoyed four years of companionship and love. They shared the same dreams and aspirations. They were a genuinely loving couple and undoubtedly their relationship would have progressed to a permanent partnership in the future. Michael always had a fantastic personality and will be remembered for his laid back approach to life. He packed much into his short time with us and his passing has left a gaping wound in the lives of all who knew him.
God can only offer guidance to his children through this life but surely he has now welcomed Michael into his Kingdom of Heaven. God bless you Michael for all the love you have given to all those who knew you. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the humane society in Michael's name.
Michael’s viewing will be Thursday evening, April 8, 2010 between 6 and 8pm at Stowers Funeral Home in Brandon. The funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, April 9, 2010 at Southside Baptist Church, 415 West Lumsden Road, Brandon, FL.
