Matthew was born on July 13,1942 in Buffalo, New York. He was preceded in death by his parents, Matthew Joseph Krupa Sr and Florence (Kucia) Goc of Buffalo, New York. He is also preceded in death by beloved brothers Dennis Goc and Gay Goc.
Matthew graduated from the prestigious Canisius High School of Buffalo, NY and attended the University of Buffalo. He served his country in Aviation Fire Control (Class A) and on U.S.S. Coral Sea CVA-43. He received recognition as Man of the Month December 1962 for his outstanding performance as a member of VF-154 Fire Control. After his service he worked 20 years for Belt Maintenance of Buffalo, NY, and additionally Cameron & Barkley Co. of Tampa, FL. Matthew went on to serve the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years receiving many awards and recognition for his superior performance. He had a love for fishing and was a great fan of the Buffalo Bills, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tampa Bay Lightning. He had a great love for westerns, politics, crossword puzzles, NASCAR, and lottery tickets. He made friends for life and was well known for his great attention to details when sharing stories of his past.
He is lovingly remembered and survived by his children Kevin M Krupa and Kelli Anne Krupa, his grandsons Daniel Joseph, Dominik Michael, and Nikolas Scott Krupa.
