Marian Esser

Marian Valenti Esser, 78, left us on May 18, 2017, after a long illness. Marian was born and raised in Palmetto Beach and was a lifelong resident of the Tampa area, with a special love for Ybor City where she spent much of her youth.

Marian will be remembered as a beautiful and vivacious woman who always loved a party, good food, all animals – especially her dogs - and spending time with her family and many friends. She also had a lively work history – running a tropical fish farm and a construction business with her husband, owning a cosmetics store, selling real estate, school bus driver, school lunch room lady, working for SunTrust as a teller and providing care for disabled adults.

Marian is survived by her two sons, Lester and Allen; daughter-in-law, Esther; dear sister-in-law, Sue Ann Valenti; cherished grandson, Lenny; as well as nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Louis Esser; beloved brother, Jimmy Valenti; sister, Shirley Valenti Farrell; as well as her parents James and Mildred Valenti.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June17, 2017 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home Brandon, Fla. Thanks to everyone for your love and support.
