DAWSON,, Lucille O., 74, passed away October 10, 2014. She is predeceased by her husband Guy Dawson, Jr., parents Roy & Audrey Overman, sister Audrey Faye Overman and grandson Billy Sharpe. She is survived by her daughters Janice Cantrell (Ron) and Linda Sharpe (Walter), son James Dawson, brother Thomas Overman (Susan), sisters Christine Hollowell (Linwood), Betty McCarty (Ralph), Ethyl Englehardt (Keith), Pat Denham (Skip), grandchildren David, Michael, Jeremy, Ginger, Christopher, Adam, Robbie, Jimmie, Britney, Eric, Tiara, Clint, Leea and Anna, 20 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews and beloved extended family and friends. She was a member of the Church of God and will forever be remembered by her belief that “If you need it, and I have it, then it’s yours.” Visitation will be Tuesday, October 14, 2014 from 6-8:00 p.m., with funeral service on Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., both at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home; burial to follow at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
