To know Kevin was to love him. His infectious laugh and kind heart. His big dreams and intense passion. His pride of his Haitian culture. How fiercely protective he was of those he loved. His love and respect for life and all things that encompassed it. His impact that he had on those around him was such a blessing in this lifetime. He was a gift to our family and the glue that held us together. It seems like more and more each day we all question how we will continue on without our son, our brother, our uncle, our friend, our love, Kevin.
To our sweet Kevin. You may not be physically in our home but you will always be home, in our hearts. We love you. We honor you. We miss you so so much. We know you fought so hard. We know that you are at peace with your father watching and protecting us. Our hearts beat for you, always and forever. You are the love of our lives and we can’t wait until we see you again. Always remember Se Lavi Kevin. Your life lives forever. We promise to finish what you started. Never a goodbye but a see you later.
