So sorry to learn Jerry's passing. He's been a wonderful neighbor. The holiday hospitality tent he set up every year was one of the best in the neighborhood. He treated us with homemade drinks, and shared his passion for dirt bikes and adventures. The meticulously mantained garden is a scene we are fond of.

Jerry was a born leader and was thrown into a position of keeping  our unit moving forward and continuing our unwavering support to our customers when our commander in Panama was relieved of duty. He did such an outstanding job but he was a junior officer at the time and the position called for an officer with higher rank regardless how much we wanted him to transition from our temporary leader to our permanent commander. His personality and professionalism made him into a great Nightstalker. Godspeed Jeremy.

Anyone who ever met Jerry will tell you he was fiercely loyal to his Soldiers, passionate and driven. No finer man.

I remember all the fun we had with the Tampa Elite and the Newsome high school hockey teams. Jerry always kept me laughing Keeping the family in my thoughts.

As your older brother, I always thought I would be the first…it’s heartbreaking to be burying my little brother.
From a young happy-go-lucky boy, always excelling in sports, whether it be:  East Bridgewater Pee Wee football, to HS football and Track & Field, to a Div III Pole vault champ at Norwich University, to the accolades I got from the HS football coaches when you were a student teacher there --  they told me, right after you graduated and going into the Army, they didn’t know what they taught at that University, but you were the best student teacher they ever had (none even close), to the outstanding Army officer you became…there were many under your leadership and command that will always remember you and how you fostered their growth and admiration!!
You went from being the last in your HS class (yes, we joke and laugh about that), not getting accepted to any college, and with a little help and luck from me, they accepted you (with stipulations – as I was a graduate before you, and pulled some strings) – and within one year, you became a 3yr Army ROTC recipient, and then ultimately graduating #1 in your major…an Outstanding achievement!   
With that honor, you were awarded the only coveted Army Aviation slot they had that year.  A summation of your outstanding Army career is nicely outlined in the Obituary.
There are so many memories that you, all the cousins/nieces/nephews, and your three older brothers, are very fond of.  At all our family gatherings (and those were huge) you were the youthful driving force for all the fun and games we had:  whether it was riding the Razors/Quads and ripping through the woods at breakneck speed, or doing the ‘Meyers group road rides’ on motorcycles, to the range operations and trying new guns/targets, to the raucous card games at night, the fun and adventure were never ending.  We never wanted to stop, and the family vacations were just too short.
It is with great sadness, that your entire family bids you farewell.

So sad to hear of Jerry's passing. He was in my home room class. He was always friendly and kind. He was the always cracking jokes, I have fond memories of him. May he rest in peace. 🙏

Jerry was a true Patriot. He loved his Country and Family equally. Godspeed Son, Auntie Loves ❤️ You! ps. TB Lightning beat the Bruins Tuesday night.

My sincerest condolences to the family. Jerry was very intelligent and sincere. We had a lot of awesome times together with family and friends. May you rest in peace.

My condolences to Meyers family and extended loved ones. Fortunate enough to have known him through my younger years and our many laughable bus rides!!

When Jerry hired me, he made me feel like everything I did was impressive. He was so supportive by building  everyone on his team up, making them feel like a family. I’ll miss the fun dinners we had as a team, and his joy at ordering every dessert on the menu.

Jerry,  words can’t describe how much of an impact you had on this world and me personally.  Thank you for being part of my life.  Eric.

Jerry always treated us like family. Even worked magic so he could take us to the Bolts game.

Jerry was one of the judges for the cooking contest. Our team won :)
