A retired Marine Sergeant Major, James served his country with honor and distinction for 26 years, from 1951 to 1977. His commitment to duty and unwavering patriotism were evident throughout his life.
James was a devoted family man. He shared 67 years of marriage with his loving wife, Lauretta, and together they raised five children: Tammy, Deborah, James, Laurie, and Paul. His legacy continues through his 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
