James Michael Northcutt

James was an avid salt water fisherman, boater and wood worker. He loved making wood items for his home and spending time boating and fishing with his family. He ran a successful business, Deluxe Design Construction, Inc., in which he was well known for custom trim, windows, doors, box beams, and staircases.

James was married on August 8, 2009 and leaves behind his loving wife, Ashton Dant Northcutt; two sons, Dylan Michael Lee Northcutt and Marshall David Northcutt; daughter, Kylie Mae Northcutt; mother, Julie Walker; brother, Russell Taylor; sister, Sonya Mae; step father, Donnie Cannon; grandmother, June Northcutt; aunt, Sandy and uncle, Allen Anglin; aunts, Susie and Denise; uncles, Joey and William Northcutt; and half brother, Daniel (DJ) Northcutt. James was preceded in death by his father, James Northcutt; grandmother, Mazzie Taylor; grandfathers, Russell Taylor and Dennis Northcutt; and uncle, Terry Taylor.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home of Brandon on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.
