Frances Regina Jordan, 82, of Brandon passed away peacefully on the morning of February 28th, 2024, at 11:22am. Frances was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Katherine and Lawrence Stephan on November 11th, 1941. She married Ricardo Jordan on August 20th, 1960, in Brooklyn. She loved talking on the phone and reading any moment she got. She also absolutely loved storytelling and
conversing with others whether it was a family member, friend, or just a stranger. Frances was also known as “Facebook Fran” due to her loving of being on Facebook keeping up with everybody’s posts. She adored family gatherings and meeting up with friends to catch up. Her slippers and kisses will be the most missed sounds that were made by her. Survivors include sons, Richard (Melanie), Michael (Suzanne), and Christopher (Marissa); daughter, Roseann Jordan- Ostensen (Robert); brother, Larry (Joann); sister, Phyllis (Alan), grandchildren and great grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, March 6th at 5 PM with family receiving friends from 4-5 PM at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home.
Fran will be deeply missed.
