Denny was born in Wilmington, DE and was the second child of Walter C. & Joan E. Marks. After he graduated from Seminole High School in Sanford, FL. He joined the United States Air Force where he spent 20 years and retired as Technical Sergeant. After retiring from the Air Force, Denny joined the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office where he proudly served his community for 16 years.
Denny was a passionate golfer, his mischievous sense of humor, and effervescent personality were his trademarks. He never shied away from practical jokes. Beyond his playful exterior, he was a deeply committed man to his sons.
He is survived by his 3 sons Dennis Micheal Marks Jr. of Montgomery, AL., James Parker Marks of El Paso, TX., Corey Lane Marks of Venice Beach, FL., and 2 grandchildren.
Denny will be interred at Fort Bliss National Cemetery in El Paso, TX.
