Debra was known for her wonderful laugh, outgoing personality and a heart that loved all things. She was an avid gardener; loved the beach and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was always happiest near the water and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, a walk on the beach, a good movie, and conversations with friends and loved ones. Her grandchildren made her heart full and brought her endless joy.
Debra is survived by her husband, Albert T. Pempsell; children, Gwendolyn (Brandon) Arnold, Christine (Matt) Roche, James Griffith; sisters Donna Mozzani, Darlene Alvanos, and brother David Schmidt; grandchildren, Charlie Williams III, John Roche, Zach Roche, Kaylie Roche, Briella Roche; and many extended family members (Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Florida) and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
