David Allan Smith III

SMITH, David Allan III, 24, of Tampa was taken from his family and friends unexpectedly on May 13, 2016. David worked for his family food concession business from an early age and he had a keen business sense. David aspired to one day own his own business. David enjoyed spending time with his children, going to the beach, golfing, and working out. David was preceded in death by his cousin and best friend, Joshua Mullaly. Survivors include his three children, Elizich, Elizae, and Harmony Smith; parents, Tina Vanderham, David A. Smith Jr.; two sisters, Kristine Smith, Kayla Anderson; maternal grandparents, John Thomas Mullaly and Carolyn Mullaly; paternal grandparents, David A. Smith Sr. and Juanita Smith; three uncles, John Michael Mullaly, Ralph Figueroa, Michael Smith; four aunts, Marilyn Figueroa, Terri Smith, Cathy Moore (Byron), Vicky York; as well as numerous cousins. The family wishes to invite all of David's friends to a funeral service held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at Bell Shoals Baptist Church-Palm River Campus, 5415 Palm River Rd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
