I send my deepest condolences to Dodie's family. I just heard about her passing. I worked with her for 4 years in the evenings at Home Depot and she was the kindest woman that I have ever worked with. She was truly like my mom and would always give the greatest advice if you were having a problem. She would also always be the first to give you a hug if you needed one. I left Home Depot 13 years ago when I graduated from college and saw her a couple of times after I left. I always had to speak with her. She will be greatly missed but her spirit will live on in those who knew her.

Dodie was one of the sweetest, kindest people I have ever met. Whenever I visited her office, she always greeted me with her beautiful smile and warm spirit. I count it a blessing to have known her. My prayers are with her family.

I worked with Dodie at State Farm and she was like a mother to me, always had some good advice.  She was also kind enough to wallpaper my dining room when I built a house.  She was always helping someone out.  Sorry to hear about her passing and my sympathy goes out to the entire family.

I am very sorry to hear the news.  Dodie was a lovely and caring women.  She provided so many years to State Farm customers and took care of them in a REmarkable manner.  She will be greatly missed.

I feel so blessed to have known Dodie and her family....Such great people. I moved out of state for about 10 yrs and lost contact with her only to return home to find out that we both worked for the same company...State Farm. What a shock it was for both of us to see one another again and have the privilege to work and hang out together in our later years. I was so shocked  to hear the news of her passing. I will continue to pray for all her family and friends who misses her so much. Kelly, Jackie, Paul...I love you. I ask God to strengthen us in this time of sorrow.

Dodie was such a part of my life.All the way back to when a was a very young girl.I have so many memories.Her boxer Liz,making onion rings,Parthenia,when Jackie was a baby,all the school breaks I spent with them.Kelly being born.Wow, I have so many wonderful memories of GOOD times we shared.I so wish I could be there with you.My heart is so heavy.Please know I loved Dodie. She was a young spirited person, so full of life and laughter.  I had the pleasure of working with her for six years and she was a great friend.  Dodie  was a caring person with a heart of gold.  My condolences to her family. She will be greatly missed.

She was a beautiful woman in her personality, actions, and integrity.
