Carol Ann Ward

Carol, age 79, passed away on October 14, 2023, in Ruskin, Florida. She was born in Tacoma, Washington, on June 30, 1944, and was the beloved wife of Wes Ward.

Carol was a woman with an endearing love for her family and cherished her role as a wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband Wes Ward, three children, Sherry Savage (Don), Barbara Congleton (Brian), and David Teague, as well as her three cherished grandchildren, Christopher Savage (Natasha), Matthew Savage (Stacie), and Christina Tanner. She was also blessed with eight great-grandchildren, Connor Savage, Jackson Savage, Macie Savage, Brenden McCoy, Taylor Murman, Endsley Savage, Shephard Savage, and Cora Savage. Her legacy lives on through her loving family.

Carol is preceded in death by her first husband, David Teague. The memories of their life together continue to be cherished by their family and friends.

One of the defining aspects of Carol's life was her unwavering faith and immense love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, which was a beacon of strength everyone who knew her admired. Her warmth and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her. She will be missed and forever remembered.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects and share fond memories at the visitation, which will be held between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at Stowers Funeral Home, located at 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.
