It is with deep sorrow to hear of your mom's passing our prayers and thoughts are with you and the family at this time.

Aunt Carol was not only my beloved aunt but she was also my godmother. As the oldest Riecke of my generation, I have so many clear recollections of Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas Eve parties spent with Aunt Carol and Uncle Laurie. These memories are even more precious now that both are gone. Please know that the love for your mother ripples out far beyond her nuclear family.
