Carol Ann Maccarone

She was born on September 4, 1943 in Depew, New York to the late Walter and Estelle (Semenow) Bonarowski.

Carol married Michael Maccarone in 1963, and they lived together in Cheektowaga, New York before relocating to Florida in 2011. While in New York, she was actively involved in the women’s fire auxiliary and the many activities of her children. Carol devoted her life to family, nothing was more important. She was selfless, kind, and caring. Carol will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

Carol is survived by her husband, Michael Maccarone; sister, Helene Caetano; daughters, Susan (Edward) Krygier, Ann (Mark) Tonelli; grandchildren, Bradley (Allison) Krygier, Holly (Bradley) Faldetta, Autumn Krygier; great-grandchildren, Amelia Faldetta, Conner Faldetta; many extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents Carol was preceded in death by her brother, Martin Bonarowski.

A visitation for Carol will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 12:30 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM, Stowers Funeral Home, 401 West Brandon Blvd, Brandon, FL 33511.

Interment at Florida National Cemetery will be held on a later date.
