Barbara Jean Morgan

while under Hospice care at Promise Pointe of Tampa Oaks.

Barbara was born on January 4, 1936 to Edward and Dorothy Lesch in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating

from Waller High School in 1954 she was employed with Bankers Life Insurance company in Chicago. She

married in 1956 and had 3 children. In 1965 the family moved to Tampa, Florida where she was

employed at the Aetna Life and Casualty Insurance company for the next 12 years. In 1977, Barbara

moved to Atlanta, Georgia and worked as an underwriter for Cigna until she retired in 1997. She was

deeply involved in her church and was an active member of the Eastern Star organization and was

elected worthy matron in 2014. She also enjoyed cruising and spending _me with her children,

grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Barbara was predeceased by her first husband, Carl Stromquist and second husband William Morgan.

She was also predeceased by her brother, George Lesch and sister, Jean Smith. She is survived by one

brother, John Lesch of Atlanta, Georgia. She is survived by her oldest son, David Stromquist (Karen) of

Seffner, Florida; Daughter, Donna Lopp of Winder, Georgia and youngest son, Darrin Stromquist (Judy) of London, Ohio. She also is survived by her grandchildren, Erin Rybinski (Devin) of Roscommon, Michigan; Kyle Stromquist (Ashley) of Cocoa, Florida; Scott Stromquist of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; Rachel Hiser (Carson) of Columbus, Ohio. She was also blessed to have 5 great grandchildren. Brooklyn, Nathan, Addie, Holli and Everett.

Barbara requested cremation and her ashes will be placed in the memory garden at Forest Hills

Presbyterian church in Tampa where she was a longtime member. In lieu of flowers the family has

requested any donations be made in her memory to Forest Hills Presbyterian church located at 709 W.
