Eugene was born in Newton Medical Center on December 21, 1960 to the late Harold and Ann Marie (Layton) Norman. Eugene was a lifelong resident of Branchville and prior to his retirement he was a maintenance worker for Sussex County Public Library for over 20 years. Eugene was an outdoorsman; he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
The beloved husband to Darlene Norman, Eugene is also survived by his daughter, Jess Norman; his siblings, Herbert Norman (Jean Feichtl), Sandra Ujvary, Rose Norman, Sharon Sebright and Layton Norman; his nephew Barry Norman and his dogs, Brandy Star and Ricky. Along with his parents, his siblings, Larry Norman and Harold Norman, Jr., predeceased him.
All services will be held privately.
