Dorothy V. Gray

Dorothy was born in Branchville, New Jersey on May 2, 1931 to the late Amzie and Amelia (Goucher) Haggerty. She was raised in Vernon and was a long time resident of Wantage. Dorothy was a homemaker and in her early years helped her husband on the family farm. She most enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Dorothy was also predeceased by her husband, Scott Gray Sr.; her son, Scott Gray Jr.; her son-in-law, Gregory Perry; and six siblings. She is survived by her son, Dennis Gray (Nubia); her daughter, Virginia Perry; her grandchildren Gregory Perry Jr., Marie Perry, Jeremy Gray, Amanda Fish, Juan Pablo Leal and Katherine Leal; and her great-grandchildren; Autumn Perry, Kairi Perry, Bethany Fish, Cadence Fish and Adeline Leal.

Visitation for Dorothy will be held from 9 to 11 am on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at Wood Funeral Home, 16 Main St., Branchville, NJ 07826, with Funeral Services beginning at 11 am, interment will follow in Branchville Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at www.woodfuneralhome.net.
