Dad, you may be put to rest, but you won't rest in my mind and memories that we shared together. I'll never forget you and always keep your memory alive. 

You were selfless - a term that is not used often when describing someone. It showed in the overwhelming amount of people who came to show their respects to you.  I wouldn't call it "Final" respects because you won't be forgotten.  Your kindness and handy work remains all around us.  I think we may have set a record at the funeral centre for most guests that's for sure.

You touched so many people and raised two great sons who will carry on your tradition.  

I never could have done it without you, and I'll keep doing it in your honour.  I am so proud you are my father.
