Mark Andrew Seely

It is with broken hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Mark Seely on October 7, 2023 at home in Brampton with family by his side at the age of 49. Beloved son of Ralph Seely and Susan Elliott (Larry Elliott). Cherished brother to James Seely, Shannon Seely and Erin Holman (Ian Holman). Loving father to Taylor Seely, Bryanna Seely, William Lessard, Sam Elliott, Emma Seely. Dear grandfather to Hunter Steinoff and Blake Steinoff. Pre-deceased by son Damien Seely. Treasured friend to Sherry Rygersberg. He will be missed dearly by many.

He was born on May 14, 1974 in Brampton, Ontario. Mark loved to hunt and fish. Camping was one of his many joys especially with family. We would camp up around the Huntsville and Parry Sound area close to his family and friends. He loved his dogs and picked up many to rescue and love. His career was involved in the trucking industry and he was very good at what he did. Dispatch, managing the office, driving trucks. He loved his family dearly and his two grandkids meant the world to him. He loved spending time with them. The last few years were hard on him, battling heart conditions, most recently a stroke and cancer. But he stayed strong through it all. He helped Sherry through her health conditions first and was selfless. We are all going to miss him terribly.

Private or other funeral arrangements will be arranged shortly.

A Celebration of life will take place in the near future.
