He is survived and will be greatly missed by Florence, his wife, soulmate and best friend of 54 years. Predeceased by his cherished daughter Peggy Sue in 2004, he leaves behind his three children John (Jill), Heather (Tim) and Robert. Proud grandfather to Francis (Mary), Ashley, Jamie, Shannon, Ainsley (Jarod), Christin and Sean. Adoring great grandfather to Madeline and Landon. Confidant to his close friends Milt Rosen and Bob Pilliar. Born in Toronto on January 14, 1939, John was an outstanding son, brother, scholar and athlete graduating from Royal York C.I. in 1957.
