Passed away peacefully at the age of 80 on September 9, 2014 in Brampton, Ontario. Doug will be missed and lovingly remembered by his son Rob (Trudy); grandchildren Ryan, Alyssa, Cameron; brothers-in-law Donald (Carol), Eric (Sandra); sister-in-law Margaret; many nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends and business associates Rick and George, as well as many other beloved friends. Doug is predeceased by his wife Eleanor, and sister-in-law Libby. Public visitation to occur at Andrews Community Funeral Centre (8190 Dixie Rd. Brampton ON. 905-456-8190) on Friday September 19, 2014 from 2 – 4 and 7 - 9 pm with a funeral service to occur in the chapel at Andrews Community Funeral Centre on Saturday September 20, 2014 at 1:00 pm.
