Allister Roy Boone

Al was a simple man. He enjoyed carpentry, working with his tools and spending time with his family and friends. In his spare time Al took pleasure in woodwork projects, playing cards, and looking at old cars (they were one of his biggest passions).

Al was extremely loving and proud of his family. He is survived by his wife Doreen, son David, daughter Kim, and his three grandchildren; Ashley, Noah and Riley. He is also survived by his 3 sisters; Rita Fagan, Rose (Gord) Budgell, and Esther (Ross) Peyton, and his 3 brothers; Bill (Peg) Boone, Eddy (Adaline) Boone, and Cyril Boone, as well as his large group of extended family and friends. A special thanks goes to his sister-in-law, Clotilde Power for the many years of love and support.

Please join us in celebrating Allisters' life at Andrews Community Funeral Home for the viewing on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. The Funeral will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Andrews Community Funeral Home is located at 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton, ON (Dixie and Orenda).

Allister's wishes were to be cremated and brought back home to Newfoundland with his wife Doreen.

No flowers by request and memorial donations may be made to the Boone family.
