William A. Sewell of Parrish Florida passed away on March 23rd at the age of 76. He was born the son of the late Arthur Francis Sewell and Kathleen Theresa Sewell on August 26, 1942. He graduated from Leominster High School in 1960.
Bill married the love of his life Elaine M. Kay on July 23, 1964, and upon his completion of his service in the U.S Army, they eventually relocated to Gardner Massachusetts, where they spent the majority of their life raising their five children. While in Gardner, Bill developed a great love of coaching hockey. He felt truly blessed to have worked with so many great people, and to meet so many wonderful families throughout his coaching career.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur & Kathleen Sewell, wife Elaine M. Sewell and brother Walter Sewell.
Bill is survived by his daughter Robyn Hall and husband Gregory; son William J Sewell; son Bryan Sewell and wife Alyce; son Jeffrey Sewell; daughter Rebecca Rivett and husband Christopher; Brother-in-law John Kay and wife Janice; brother-in-law George Zuk; sister-in-law Barbara Griffey and husband Chuck; sister-in-law Lois Sewell; grandchildren Sheena Hall, Ryan Hall, Stephanie Ortega and husband Pedro, Kyle Sewell, Samantha Sewell and Miranda Rivett; great grandchildren Trevor, Kaylynn, Dalton, Brayden, and Jaxon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday March 27, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm at The Robert Toale &
Sons Funeral Home 1221 53rd Ave E. Bradenton Florida. Military Honors service at the Sarasota
National Cemetery 9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota on Thursday March 28, 2019 at 10am. Robert
Toale & Sons Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
