Robert Ellis Daniels

Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He served in the US Naval Reserve.

Bob married his first wife, Barbara Harris in 1956 and relocated his young family to Brazil in 1962. Working for Coopers & Lybrand (Detroit & Brazil offices) until 1974 and Rank Xerox until 1980. In 1980, Bob moved back to the United States and settled in Miami, FL where he worked for The Wackenhut Corporation as an International Controller. In 1985, he began working for NEI Industries, a subsidiary of Rolls-Royce, as Vice President-Finance and retired in 1998. Bob traveled extensively throughout his life on business & pleasure, including many visit to the UK, where he met his current wife Margaret, whom he married in Miami, FL 1992.

He was a member of Cornerstone Presbyterian church of Lakewood Ranch where he served as an Elder for a number of years. He was a member of the Society of Mayflower Descendants.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Margaret of 26 years, son Scott (Tricia) of CA and daughter Lynda of Ocala, two grandsons, Corey & Ryan of CA. He was preceded in death by his two brothers William in 2018 and Donald in 2017.

A memorial service will take place February 2, 2019. Family will receive friends and family from 1:30pm to 2:00pm, with a Celebration of Life at 2:00pm at Cornerstone Church of Lakewood Ranch, 14306 Covenant Way, Bradenton Florida 34203. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Tidewell Hospice. Robert Toale & Sons Funeral Home is entrusted with final care.
