Born November 4, 1943 in Springfield, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Herbert and Elizabeth “Bud and Betty” Wolf, the valiant and loving leaders of eight children.
Pat is survived by her devoted daughter, Pam McKay-Jones, favorite son-in-law, Mike Jones, her loving son, Drew McKay, her favorite daughter-in-law, Kim McKay, her beloved grandchildren, Chelsea and Liam McKay, and her loyal pup, Finn. As well as seven brothers and sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Pat brightened any room that she entered and made a positive impact on so many people. She naturally enriched the quality of life for others and devoted her energy to serving the greater good during her remarkable career as a child psychologist, in her volunteer work with the church, or even while playing cards with family and friends. She let her strong faith guide her life as she placed her family, friends, and community first.
Pat lived with courage, kindness and love. If we tried to capture every single kind and generous thing that Pat said or did, the library of Yale itself could not contain the books that would be written. May those who had the honor of witnessing the power and magic of her positive impact always remember Pat with admiration and love.
A memorial mass to remember and honor Pat’s beautiful life will be held in Venice, Florida at Epiphany Cathedral Catholic Church on Friday May 17, 2024 at 10:30am.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to the charity closest to your heart in the loving memory of Pat Wolf.
