Marilyn Louise Steele

Marilyn Louise Steele, 93, of Bradenton, Florida passed away on January 26, 2022. She was born on June 23rd, 1928 in Brockton, Massachusetts to Clifford and Jenny Betts. Marilyn was a retired as a director of Emanuel Assisted living, and was also an office manager of George Moberg and Sons Construction. Marilyn was a resident of Brockton and Bridgewater, Massachusetts for 75 years, then moved to Connecticut to be with her family for 15 years, then relocated to Bradenton, Florida.

Marilyn was kind, compassionate, and loving. She enjoyed watching her great grandchildren grow up. She spent many years volunteering at First Lutheran Church in Brockton, Massachusetts. She greatly enjoyed traveling and spending time with lifelong friends and family.

Preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Jenny Betts, her husband, Forest Steele, her daughter, Deborah Dimarzo, her son, Matthew Steele, her brothers, Grant Betts, Donald Betts, and sister, Judith Eaton. She is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Paoli (Gus), her grandchildren, Michael Liscio (Laurie), Melissa Rodriguez (Glen), Jeffrey Paoli, Dove Brown (Robert), Dean Dimarzo (Heather), her great grandchildren, Abby, Emily, Samuel and Joshua Rodriguez, Matthew and Nicholas Liscio, DJ and Destiny Dimarzo, and several nieces and nephews.
