

Mr. Logan Matthew Mayforth, 21, of Bradenton, Florida, passed away on April 11, 2025. Born on February 25, 2004, in Sarasota, Florida, Logan brought joy and laughter to those around him from an early age.
A graduate of the Class of 2022 at Sarasota Military Academy, Logan was pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business at State College of Florida. He approached his education with curiosity and an open mind.
Logan enjoyed working at Carrabba's for three years in different roles such as a host trainer and assistant server. His friendly demeanor and welcoming presence left a lasting impression on coworkers and guests alike. He was often known to offer a helping hand to others after he finished his work.
Beyond work and school, Logan enjoyed adventures with friends, watching movies, and exploring economics. He shared a strong bond with his dogs, Tucker and Coco, often taking Tucker on runs. A passionate PC gamer, he especially loved playing Smash Brothers on the gaming computer he proudly saved for himself. In his younger years, he was active with the Sarasota Crew Team and developed a love for rowing.
Logan will be deeply missed by his loving family: his mother Jennifer Mayforth; father Scott Mayforth; older sister Taylor Best; younger sister Reagan Mayforth; grandmother Darlene Davison; and grandfather Raymond Mayforth; nephew Jude Best and niece Charlotte Best. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Carol Johnson; paternal step-grandfather Freeman Davison; and maternal grandparents Mary Jane and William "Bill" Perry.
Logan’s kind heart, compassionate spirit, and fun-loving personality left a lasting impact on all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort to those who loved him most.
A visitation for Logan will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2025 from 3:00 PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM at Robert Toale & Sons Celebration of Life Center, 4310 Solutions Lane, Bradenton, FL 34211. A reception will follow until 7:00 PM.
