Keri was born in Manhattan, NY, to mother and father, Eftehia and Stelios Gerontianos, on October 6, 1940. Through the years in Pennsylvania Keri had a Home Improvement Painting business, and also worked as a computer programmer for AT&T.
Keri had a great compassion for the gospel which led him to spend 40 years in many ministries to help spread the Good News. He was involved in a prison ministry in Pennsylvania for 20 years and helped many people. Keri attended The Tabernacle Church in Sarasota, FL. He also attended the men’s group, Iron Sharpens Iron, at Bonfire, Sarasota, FL.
He was previously married to Maria Gerontianos for 27 years and was by her side fervently as she battled cancer for her last 10 years. He is survived by two children with Maria, daughter, Pamela Bartoo (Robert), and son, Nicholas Gerontianos. After her passing Keri remarried to Irene for another 27 years, fervently by her side when she battled cancer for her last 17 years. Keri remarried for a third time to Judith Schroeder, and enjoyed the moments of the short time he had left. Judith has three children from a previous marriage that have survived Keri.
