Crossing the bridge  from the beach.  We loved the long sunny days on the beach! 

The first time I met Darlene she was sitting on her beloved Palm Island, reading her book in the sun. I walked up to her and said” what are you reading , and why don’t you have an umbrella! “ That was the beginning of a long friendship! I always nagged her about wearing a hat and having an umbrella! Darlene loved the sun and loved the island. It was her happy place! We had many wonderful times in her lovely condo on the beach on Palm Island. Her greatest wish was to return to her beach.  I will miss you my beach friend.❤️

Our condolences to you and your family Bob. Dar was such a special person when we moved to Esplanade. She will always be a special memory for Steve and I.

Darlene was my friend of 40 years this year.  She was like my sister and I will greatly miss her.  So in the spirit of the way you always ended our call ( Love Ya Girl)

Such great memories of my dear friend.  Playing golf 3 times a week for years, so many dinners with Bob and Dar.   She will be missed.   My prayers are with the family in this time of loss.
