50, of Bradenton, Florida, born on April 9, 1966, passed away on June 6, 2016 at Hospice House in Bradenton, Florida, after being diagnosed with stage 4 skin cancer Melanoma in January 2016.
April graduated from Bayshore High School in 1984.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Crockett, mother Lois Bradley, brother Warren Frederick Bradley, and sister Kim Marie Smith (Rod), in laws by marriage, Doug and Ginny Thomas, and sister in law Gail Carter (Todd), aunt Yvonne Johnson in Sarasota, Fl, and aunt Janet Buckley in Toronto, Canada.
April and Michael attended Bayside Community Church’s East Bradenton Campus.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday June 21, 2016 at 6pm at Bayside Community Church, Sarasota campus at 8200 Bee Ridge Road Sarasota, Fl.
