Born in Shillington, PA. She was the only child of the late Florence (Herman) and Clarence Herb.
She worked as an office clerk for Boyertown Apparel for 35 years until her retirement.
Shirley volunteered at St. Petersburg General Hospital in FL; she was also a member of the Bechtelsville Ladies auxiliary.
She is survived by her son Rick A. husband of Michele A.Weller of Boyertown. Grandchildren, Brandon M. Weller of Boyertown and Erin L. Weller of Boothwyn, PA.
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
