Robert D. Stoudt

Born in Boyertown, he was the only child of the late Amy B.(Shaner) and Daniel G. Stoudt.

He was first employed by Boyertown Body Works for 2 1/2 years.Then he worked for Firestone Tire in Pottstown in the curing department for 28 years until the business closed. Later he was employed by the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. as a funeral associate for over 36 years until he retired, spending many hours serving our community.

Robert was a long time volunteer driver for Meals on Wheels through the Boyertown Multi Service. He was also a board member of the Fairview Cemetery for many years and for the last few years served as president of the board.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, traveling to the shore and the mountains.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Debbie L. widow of Ronald L. Seyler of Bechtelsville and Angie D. widow of Darrel Cross of Gilbertsville. Grandchildren, Kim A. Ressler fiancee of Jeremy M. Knechel, Heather N. wife of Rob A. McArthur, Alyssa D. Cross and Nathan D. Cross. Great Grandchildren, Rhiannon H. Wybranski, Desarea P. McArthur, Jayson D. McArthur, Daniel A. Thomas and Skylar E. Thomas. He is predeceased by his daughter Terry R. Stoudt who passed away on 8-8-2014.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
