Michael P. Korsak

July 10, 1944 – February 12, 2023

Michael “Mike” P. Korsak, Jr., 78 of Barto, Pennsylvania, husband of Roberta L. (Dinehart) Korsak of over 55 years passed away on Sunday February 12, 2023 in the Pennsburg Manor.

Born in Bordentown, New Jersey, he was a son of the late Victoria (Deutchman) and Michael P. Korsak, Sr.

Michael graduated Trenton Catholic Boys’ High School in 1962. Immediately following high school, he was employed in retail for over 50 years until his retirement in 2016.

Michael was an avid woodworker who loved creating furniture and decorations for his family and friends. In his free time he enjoyed vegetable gardening, fishing, flea marketing and ‘putzing’ around the house. One of his biggest joys was being a grandfather. While he enjoyed being part of special celebrations, he especially loved hearing funny stories about his grandchildren’s day.

Michael is survived by his daughters, Lisa D., wife of Matthew Schwenk of Gillett, PA and Amy L., wife of Jonathan Eichinger of Barto, PA; a sister, Barbara, wife of Richard Campbell of Hilton, NY; six grandchildren, Zoe, Abigail and Ian Eichinger and Matthew, Joseph and Caleb Schwenk. He is predeceased by his siblings, Jane Wysienski, Olga Bohn and Walter Korsak.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
