George L. Berkey

Born in Linfield, PA. He was a son of the late Viola F. (Beckel) and William H. Berkey.

He was employed as a service technician for the Monroe Company for over 30 years until his retirement. Later he started a second career at Cardinal Camera as a restoration specialist where he became an expert at digital photo editing.

George served in the US Army during the 1950’s and 60’s.

He is survived by his children, Michelle L. Dickson wife of Robert of Sewell, NJ. and Daniel W. Berkey husband of Sianny of Collegeville, grandchildren, Jasmine V. Dickson, Robert J. Dickson, Jr., Julia C. Berkey, and Joshua G. Berkey all at home, and a sister, Annette Buckley of Sellersville. He is predeceased by his siblings, Dorothy "Dolly" Frain and William "Bill" Berkey.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
