Carl David Yoder

Born in Boyertown, he was a son of the late Agnes P. (Reiter) and Nelson G. Yoder.

Carl was employed as a truck driver for Mutter’s Pretzel Distributors, driver for Boyertown Oil and an owner and operator of a Maier’s Bakery.

He served over a year with the PAX Unit in Germany.

He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia M. wife of Kenneth R. Kaufmann of Seaford, DE; step-children, Connie wife of David Bean of Zionsville, Lisa wife of Bradley Edenfield of Telford, and James husband of Laurie Hackman of Mertztown; sisters, Bernice Zeiset, Esther Rittenhouse, Mary Ann King and Dorothy Stoltzfuse; two grandchildren, five great- grandchildren and ten step-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his first wife, Marie L. (Landis) Yoder.

Memorial Services will be held at the Linwood W. Ott Funeral Home, Inc. 111 North Reading Ave. Boyertown, PA on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM.

Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Carl’s name to charity of one’s choice.
