William Fletcher Green, Jr. of Jessup, Maryland passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016. William was a life member of Mt. Hermon Masonic Lodge #179 of Hyattsville, MD. He is the husband of Diane D. Greene and the late Rhea Bell Greene; father of Linda M. Eyre (Robert), William F. Greene III (Teri), Helen Bond (Jeff); step-father of Michael Goldfaden (Lara Buchanan) and Adam Lusk; grandfather of Terry Greene, Jane and Robert Eyre, Jr., Melissa Popovich, Holly Bond, Hope and Brittany Greene, Anna and Alec Goldfaden, and Ariah Lusk; great-grandfather of Sophia and Mason Popovich. Family will receive friends from 10 am to 12 pm on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715 where a Masonic service will be held at 12 noon followed by a funeral service. Interment will be at Ivy Hill Cemetery, Laurel, MD.
