Rhonda is the daughter of Kathy Cuevas and the late Ralph Sutton. She is the wife of Kevin Dean Copeland; mother of Dean and Mark Copeland; sister of Steve and Ralph Sutton. Rhonda is also survived by a grandson Cole Copeland.
Family and friends will gather at the Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 10 am until 12 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 pm.
